With the cards that I have been dealt in life, I should not be in real estate. And I certainly should not see success like I do now, in helping people be successful in their real estate journey.

During my schooling days, I was a quiet, introverted kid. I had average grades but I really liked sports. So I ended up in competitive sports (badminton) and represented my school at national competitions. Other than that bright spot, I was considered a late bloomer in many aspects.

That slow start spilled over into my corporate career. It was a slow hard climb in the initial years. You wouldn’t have guessed it from my media interviews that I was retrenched twice in my 13 years in the corporate world!

My Mission

My work is not to help people buy & sell properties. My work is to help people make right time & financial decisions. I make it my aim to serve people this way. With the right decisions, people can achieve their preferred outcomes.

With the avalanche of data today, we are big on info but short on insight. Yet, insight is the key ingredient to help us buy time and make right decisions.

This is why I regularly contribute to international and local media like Bloomberg, South China Morning Post, Reuters and Lianhe Zaobao. I believe more insight will benefit more people.

I enjoy what I do now and my aim is to serve people through my insights. With the right decisions, people can buy time and leave a legacy.

In between those two episodes, I had leukaemia while I was still in my early 30s! t was an unexpected twist. No one can ever prepare for something like that. Time came to a standstill for me.

Over a span of six short years, I went through three major life crisis. These were huge personal and financial challenges. These experiences highlighted to me the importance of making the best use of time.

My real estate practice now is guided by the values and principles I learnt in those years. This is because I strongly believe a real estate decision is more than a property decision. It is a time and financial decision.
